What it means for the patient
The Master of Science in Lasers in Dentistry degree is a two-year intensive postgraduate program covering medical laser physics, biophotonics, clinical protocols for all types of dental lasers (Er:YAG, Nd:YAG, diodes, CO2) and a thesis based on own clinical research. The program is conducted in English by faculty from around the world. For the patient, this means that laser treatment at Mikrostomart is conducted at an academic level, based on a full understanding of the parameters and biological mechanisms of each procedure.
Dr. Nowosielski's role in the organization
Dr. Marcin Nowosielski completed the two-year Master of Science in Lasers in Dentistry program in 2021 — as the second dentist in Poland in the program's history, simultaneously the youngest in his graduating year, and obtained distinction (with distinction) for his thesis. Earlier stages of training (Curriculum + Bachelor) were completed in 2018-2020.
