All-on-4 and All-on-6 — fixed teeth on implants in Opole
New, fixed full-arch teeth — often in a single day, on 4 or 6 implants
All-on-4 and All-on-6 are modern methods of permanently restoring an entire dental arch (upper or lower) — with no removable denture. The whole bridge of teeth rests on just 4 or 6 implants, and the rear implants are placed at an angle to bypass bone loss and the maxillary sinus. In many cases this lets us avoid extensive bone grafting and shortens the overall treatment.
At the Mikrostomart clinic in Opole, Poland, we plan treatment digitally (CBCT scan + intraoral scan), and procedures are performed by Marcin Nowosielski, DDS — an implantologist holding an M.Sc. from RWTH Aachen. We use implants from reputable systems and PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) for faster, predictable healing.
Who is All-on-4 / All-on-6 for?
It is a solution for people missing all or most of the teeth in an arch, or whose teeth can no longer be saved. We most often help patients who:
- ✓are missing all teeth (edentulism) in the upper or lower jaw,
- ✓have extensive tooth loss that cannot reasonably be restored with bridges on natural teeth,
- ✓wear a removable denture that shifts, rubs and lowers quality of life,
- ✓have teeth destroyed by decay or periodontitis and qualify for a full replacement.
New teeth in a single day — how the treatment works
Treatment is carried out in stages, but the patient usually receives fixed temporary teeth on the day of surgery. Here is the typical path:
Consultation and CBCT scan
We assess the condition of your mouth, the amount and quality of bone, and your general health. A 3D scan (CBCT) lets us plan the implant positions precisely.
Digital treatment plan
Based on the CBCT and intraoral scan we design the implant layout and the future bridge. We present the plan and discuss your expectations.
Surgery — implant placement
In a single procedure we place 4 (All-on-4) or 6 (All-on-6) implants; the rear ones at an angle to bypass bone loss. We use PRF for better healing.
Temporary bridge in 24-48 h
When implant stability allows (immediate loading), we fit a fixed temporary bridge — the patient leaves with new, non-removable teeth.
Final zirconia bridge
After healing (usually 3-6 months) we make the final, screw-retained zirconia bridge — durable, aesthetic and wear-resistant.
All-on-4 vs All-on-6 vs zygomatic implants
The number and type of implants are chosen individually after bone analysis. We usually consider three options:
All-on-4
A full arch on 4 implants (2 straight at the front + 2 angled at the back). Works well with moderate bone loss and a more accessible budget. Often without bone grafting.
All-on-6
A full arch on 6 implants — better distribution of chewing forces and a greater safety margin. Recommended with sufficient bone, bruxism and long-term planning.
Zygomatic implants
With extreme upper-jaw bone atrophy we anchor implants in the cheekbone (zygoma) — this restores teeth without lengthy bone reconstruction.
Materials — screw-retained zirconia bridge
We usually make the final restoration as a screw-retained (rather than cemented) full-contour zirconia bridge — a very durable, aesthetic and wear-resistant material. The screw-retained connection makes hygiene and any future servicing easier. Implants come from reputable, well-researched systems.
Immediate loading — fixed teeth right away
Immediate loading means we usually fit the fixed temporary bridge within 24-48 hours of placing the implants — with no period of going without teeth. This requires adequate primary stability of the implants, which we assess during surgery. If it is not sufficient, it is sometimes safer to delay loading — the durability of the reconstruction is always the priority.
Premium-level implantology
Treatment is led by Marcin Nowosielski, DDS — an implantologist and microscope endodontist with an M.Sc. from RWTH Aachen (Lasers in Dentistry). We plan digitally, work with reputable implant systems and use PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) for predictable healing. This is a premium approach — precision, comfort and lasting results.
How much do All-on-4 and All-on-6 cost in Opole?

Frequently asked questions about All-on-4 / All-on-6
What are All-on-4 and All-on-6?
These are fixed full-arch restorations supported by 4 (All-on-4) or 6 (All-on-6) implants. The rear implants are placed at an angle, bypassing bone loss and the sinus — which often lets us avoid bone grafting. A fixed bridge is mounted on the implants and is not removed by the patient.
Will I get teeth in a single day?
In most cases, yes. When the primary stability of the implants is sufficient (immediate loading), we fit a temporary bridge within 24-48 hours of surgery — the patient leaves with new, fixed teeth. The final zirconia bridge is made after healing (usually 3-6 months).
All-on-4 or All-on-6 — which to choose?
We decide after a CBCT scan and bone analysis. All-on-6 (6 implants) gives better force distribution and more reserve — recommended with sufficient bone, bruxism or long-term planning. All-on-4 suits cases with less bone and a more accessible budget. In extreme jaw atrophy we use zygomatic implants.
How much does All-on-4 cost in Opole?
All-on-4 starts at around 30,000-40,000 PLN per arch, All-on-6 is around 45,000-55,000 PLN — the price depends on the number of implants, the bridge material and any additional procedures. We offer instalments/financing. We give an exact quote after a consultation and CBCT scan.
How long do All-on-4 implants last?
With proper hygiene and regular check-ups, implants last for many years. We provide a warranty on the implants, and the fixed zirconia bridge is highly durable and wear-resistant. Hygiene appointments and periodic check-ups are key to longevity.
Does the All-on-4 procedure hurt?
The procedure is performed under anesthesia and we ensure maximum comfort. Temporary swelling and discomfort are possible afterwards, which we manage with medication; PRF supports faster healing. Most patients return to daily activities within a few days.
Can I travel to Opole for treatment from outside the city?
Yes — we treat many patients from outside Opole and from abroad. We plan treatment to limit the number of visits, and arrange the stages in advance. We help plan your stay and travel.
