What are the opening hours of Mikrostomart?
Monday-Friday: 8:00-19:00. Saturday: only selected appointments (for patients after procedures or in emergencies — scheduled individually). Sundays and holidays: closed. Current hours and any holiday changes can be found in our Google Maps profile.
How much does the first visit cost?
Basic consultation: from 250 PLN (45-60 min). The price includes: medical history, clinical examination, localized X-ray (1-2 images), intraoral photos, and a written treatment plan with price ranges. If CBCT is required (e.g., before an implant) — an additional 400-500 PLN.
How to schedule an appointment at Mikrostomart?
Three ways: (1) Online form at /rezerwacja — available 24/7, choose the doctor, date, and time. (2) By phone at 570-270-470 (Mon-Fri 8-19). (3) By email at noreply@mikrostomart.pl — we respond within 24 working hours. Urgent cases (pain, injury) — call, we try to accommodate on the same day.
Do you have parking?
Yes — free parking directly in front of the office (6 spaces), entrance from ul. Centralna. Gate open during working hours. For patients with disabilities, we can reserve a spot — call in advance.
Do you serve foreign patients?
Yes — reception and doctors speak Polish, English, and German. We issue detailed invoices in the chosen language (for reimbursement from German health insurance based on EU directive 2011/24). We have a dedicated page for patients from outside Opole with information about hotels, transport, and procedures.
Does NFZ reimburse your services?
Mikrostomart is a commercial practice — we do NOT have a contract with NFZ. All services are payable according to our price list. NFZ only reimburses basic treatment in practices with an NFZ contract (list on the NFZ website). We issue invoices for individuals with private insurance (Medicover, LUX MED, Allianz Care) — check with your insurer which procedures are covered.
