Dr. dent. with a Master of Science in Lasers in Dentistry from RWTH Aachen (2021, with honors) — the second in Poland to hold this title, the youngest in the country. Implantology, microscopic endodontics, laser dentistry.

Work Philosophy
Graduate of the Medical Academy in Wrocław. A man with a passion and calling for dentistry, for whom every day is a new challenge. Master of Science in Lasers in Dentistry (RWTH Aachen University).
Dentist, enthusiast of microscopic endodontics, prosthetic treatment under magnification, dental implantology and laser dentistry.
He gained professional experience in the best clinics in the region. In 2021, he obtained with distinction — as the second in Poland and the youngest dentist in the country — the title 'Master of Science in Lasers in Dentistry'.
Privately, the husband of Elżbieta and father of little Michael and Lily. Off-road snowboarding fan and bass guitar sound enthusiast.

Marcin is a member of key dental societies in Poland and Europe, a graduate of RWTH Aachen, and an active lecturer at international symposiums. Each accreditation brings specific qualifications and knowledge to the practice.

From high school in Opole to the international laser dentistry scene

Training and industry community
We share what we have learned ourselves
Laser endodontics, microscopic treatment, PIPS/SWEEPS protocols — these are fields that continue to evolve. Marcin regularly conducts workshops and lectures for fellow dentists in Poland and abroad. Because knowledge that cannot be passed on loses its meaning.
Joint training with Dr. Michał Nawrocki
Dr. Michał Nawrocki — the first dentist in Poland with a Master of Science in Lasers in Dentistry from RWTH Aachen — as a participant in one of our workshops (wellCAMdent). For Marcin, it is also a professional milestone that paved the way for M.Sc. in Poland.
Workshop with Prof. Kinga Grzech-Leśniak
Prof. KUM Kinga Grzech-Leśniak, M.Sc. — a recognized expert in dental laser therapy and President of the Polish Society of Laser Dentistry — as a participant in the workshop conducted by Marcin during the LA&HA Symposium Poland 2022.
Lecture at the LA&HA symposium
Presentations at international Laser and Health Academy symposia (Slovenia 2019, 2023; Poland 2022). Each is an opportunity to exchange clinical knowledge with dentists from all over Europe.
Hands-on workshop with a microscope
Practical workshops on phantom models — participants learn to work under an operating microscope under Marcin's guidance. No theory without practice, no practice without results.
Group work in the simulation room
Small training groups (4-8 people) — because there are no shortcuts when working with a microscope. Each participant has their own workstation, their own case, their own questions.
Completion of the workshop with certificates
The last day of training — handing out certificates from Fotona / Laser and Health Academy. Each participant returns to their practice with protocols ready for implementation starting Monday.
Marcin was also a lecturer at the anniversary symposium celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Polish Endodontic Society (PTE) and the keynote speaker at the LA&HA Symposium Poland 2022 with the lecture 'From Root to Crown — Comprehensive Laser Treatment of Teeth'.
