Implantology in Opole
Mikrostomart has been conducting digital implantology for a decade — under the guidance of a surgical template (guided surgery), with the PRF protocol, ZEISS microscope, and world-class premium materials. First consultation from 250 PLN, standard implant with final crown 6000-8000 PLN (surgical + prosthetic procedures).
Three elements determine the quality of implant treatment: the doctor's competence, technology, and materials. All three are at a premium level with us.
Dentist Marcin Nowosielski M.Sc. graduated with a Master of Science in Lasers in Dentistry from RWTH Aachen University (2021, with distinction — second in Poland, the youngest). Plus, Oral Surgery Academy — full surgical qualifications for advanced procedures (augmentation, sinus lift, All-on-4).
Each implant is planned in 3D software (coDiagnostiX, 3Shape Implant Studio) based on CBCT and intraoral scan. The printed surgical template guides the drill with an accuracy of ±0.3 mm — minimal invasiveness, optimal position for the future crown.
Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) from 10-20 ml of the patient's blood. Contains growth factors PDGF/VEGF/TGF-beta that accelerate healing and osseointegration. Standard in our implants since 2020 — at no additional charge.
Complete path of implant treatment: from the first consultation to crown placement.
Consultation + CBCT (250 PLN + 400 PLN). Medical history, clinical examination, cone beam computed tomography to assess the quantity and quality of bone. You receive a written treatment plan with price ranges.
Digital planning (1-2 weeks). We position the implant in 3D for the future crown. Surgical template printed in the lab. If needed — bone augmentation or sinus lift.
Implantation procedure (30-60 minutes). Anesthesia with The Wand, rubber dam, PRF from the patient's blood, titanium implant (NobelActive, Straumann, or equivalent), resorbable sutures. You return home independently.
Osseointegration (3-6 months). Titanium fuses with bone. We use LLLT (laser low-level light therapy) to accelerate healing. Temporary restoration available for visible teeth.
Final crown (1-2 visits). Intraoral scan with 3Shape Trios, CAD design, CNC milling 5-axis from a ceramic block (E.max press, translucent zirconia or Empress), try-in, cementation.

Mikrostomart is located in the center of Opole at Centralna 33a. Access, parking, transport — everything in one place.
Parking directly in front of the clinic (entrance from Centralna Street). No searching for a spot, no payment at the parking meter. Perfect for consultations with X-ray/CBCT and surgical procedures.
From the main station: buses line 12 or 16, about 15 minutes to the stop 'Centralna'. From there, 200 m on foot. Convenient for patients from Wrocław (50 min by train), Kraków, Warsaw, Katowice.
10 minutes by car from the A4 highway (Opole-West exit). 50 minutes from Wrocław, 90 minutes from Katowice, 2.5 hours from Kraków. The border with Germany (Olszyna) is about 200 km — many of our patients are Poles from Germany.

Standard implant with final crown 6000-8000 PLN — the package covers surgical procedures (implant placement under template control and ZEISS microscope, with PRF from the patient's blood) and prosthetic procedures (crown on the implant in porcelain or zirconia). The price includes digital planning, surgical template, and all follow-up visits during the first year. CBCT, bone augmentation, and potential sinus lift are priced individually after the first consultation. After the visit, you receive a written treatment plan with a detailed calculation.
Yes — larger implant procedures (All-on-4, full mouth) can be paid in 0% installments through Mediraty (up to 12 months) or internal installments with us (up to 6 months, no additional costs for regular patients). Details are discussed after the first visit along with the treatment plan.
No — dental implants are not reimbursed by the National Health Fund. The National Health Fund only covers partial and complete acrylic dentures (the cheapest solution aesthetically and functionally). All implants in Poland are a commercial service. However, German health insurance funds (gesetzliche und private Krankenversicherung) may cover part of the treatment costs abroad based on EU Directive 2011/24 — we issue detailed invoices in German.
Standard schedule: consultation + CBCT (1 visit), digital planning (1-2 weeks), implantation procedure (1 visit, 30-60 minutes), healing and osseointegration (3-6 months), final crown (1-2 visits). Total 4-7 months. In selected cases (sufficient bone, single tooth), AnyTime Loading is possible (temporary crown immediately after implantation) — total 3 months.
The implantation procedure itself is painless — we perform it under local anesthesia using The Wand system (computer-controlled, almost imperceptible). After the procedure, most of our patients stop taking painkillers after the first day (thanks to LLLT — laser low-level light therapy + PRF accelerates healing). For anxious patients, sedation with nitrous oxide ('laughing gas', 150 PLN) or pharmacological premedication (80 PLN) is available.
Titanium implants (NobelActive, Straumann, Astra Tech) — with proper hygiene and regular check-ups — last 25-30+ years. Ceramic crown (E.max, zirconia) — 15-20 years (depends on bruxism, material, hygiene). Manufacturer's warranty on titanium implant: lifetime. Our warranty on clinical work: 5 years on the implant + 2 years on the crown. Condition: regular hygiene visits every 6 months.
